Delivery
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available for custom orders based on date, location & availability.

What areas do you deliver to?
Custom order delivery is available within a limited local radius. If your location falls outside our delivery area, we'd be happy to meet you somewhere within our delivery radius to drop off, otherwise pickup will be required.

When is delivery available?
Delivery dates and times are scheduled in advance and depend on current availability. Please book early to secure your preferred date.
Delivery times are scheduled in a delivery window rather than an exact time. While we do try out best to be prompt sometimes things happen and exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

How much is delivery?
Delivery fees are based on distance and order size and will be quoted during the delivery process.

Do I need to be present for delivery?
Yes, someone must be available to receive the order. Once delivered, responsibility for the order transfers to the client.

Can I change my delivery details after booking?
Minor changes may be accommodated if requested 72 hours before delivery and are subject to availability. Changes are not guaranteed.

What happens if there's a delivery delay?
In the rare event of delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances, we'll communicate as soon as possible.
Pickup
Where do I pick up my order?
​Pickup details (address and instructions) will be emailed to you the Monday the week of pick up.

What days and times are pick up available?
Pickup times are scheduled in advanced; We currently only offer pickups on Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
If this pickup window doesn't work for you, please contact us BEFORE placing your order to see if alternate arrangements are possible.

Can I change my pickup time?
If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible, Changes are not guaranteed.

What if I'm running late?
If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, we are not responsible for the quality of your order. Since this is contactless pickup, we try to ensure the quality of products by sitting them in a cooler with ice packs shortly before your pickup time. If you think you'll be more than 15 minutes late, please contact us so we can try to reschedule your pickup.

What happens if I don't pickup my order?
Unclaimed orders will not be refunded. Due to the custom nature these items cannot be held or resold.

What if there's and issue with my order at pickup?
While we try to send photos of the finished products before pickup to ensure you're happy with your product, we are human and sometimes things get a little crazy. Please check your order at pickup and let us know immediately if there are any issues so we can address them right away.
Pop Drop
What is the monthly Pop Drop?
The monthly pop drop is a limited, once-a-month release. Quantities are limited and available while supplies last.

When does the Pop Drop happen?
Pop Drops are released once a month on a designated date and time, which will be announced in advance on social media and the website.
How do I place an order?
Orders are placed online during the Pop Drop. Once items sell out, the shop will close until the next drop.
Can I customize items from the Pop Drop?
Pop Drop items are not customizable. Flavors, designs, quantities are set ahead of time to keep things smooth and fair.
How many items can I order?
Order limits may apply and vary based on if the Pop Drop is during a holiday.
Do you offer shipping or delivery for Pop Drops?
At this time, Pop Drop orders are pickup only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All Pop Drop sales are final.
Due to the limited quantity offered changes, or refunds are not allowed.
If you need to cancel your order it must be done within 48 hours after ordering. Once 48 hours have passed orders can no longer be cancelled.
What happens if I don't pick up my order?
Unclaimed orders will not be refunded or remade. ​
